These terms describe the framework of our content-management services. The full contractual terms are detailed in an individual service agreement signed before any onboarding.
EXPECTNOLESS offers content management services for adult content creators and influencers, including but not limited to: account management, content strategy, audience growth, marketing across social platforms, and 24/7 chat coverage.
Interested creators submit the qualification form on apply.html. Each application is reviewed within 48 hours. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of EXPECTNOLESS — less than 10% of applications are typically accepted.
Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis and provided as a custom proposal after the first qualification call. No service is owed before mutual signature of a service agreement.
The typical engagement is structured as:
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared during the application and contractual relationship, including identities, earnings figures, content strategies, and personal data.
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time during the trial period. After the trial, termination is governed by the conditions set in the individual service agreement.
EXPECTNOLESS commits to a best-effort obligation, not a guaranteed-result obligation. We are not liable for revenue variations, platform decisions (e.g. account suspensions by third-party platforms), or any indirect damages.

These terms and any service agreement signed with EXPECTNOLESS are governed by French law.
